All prices are per person and based on double, twin, or triple share occupancy. Solo travellers who prefer not to pay a single supplement may be paired with another passenger of the same gender, subject to availability.
Visa Requirements: Visa requirements vary by nationality for Vietnam and Cambodia. Some travellers may need to arrange visas in advance, while others may be eligible for visa-free entry or visas on arrival. Please check current entry requirements for each country carefully and ensure any necessary visas are obtained well before your tour starts.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey across Vietnam and Cambodia. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.
Included Costs: Meals include most breakfasts and one lunch; many lunches, dinners, entrance fees and optional activities are not included unless specifically stated in the itinerary. Internal flights included on this tour help minimise long overland travel and enhance overall comfort.
Mekong Delta & River Travel: This tour includes scenic river cruising through the Mekong Delta, offering insight into local life, floating villages and rural landscapes. Speedboat travel between Chau Doc and Phnom Penh is included and forms an important part of the journey through southern Vietnam and Cambodia.
Travel Distance & Logistics: This is a multi-country Southeast Asia journey covering diverse regions, cultures and landscapes. Travel is thoughtfully planned using a combination of air-conditioned coaches, river boats and internal flights to ensure a smooth and well-paced experience. Some days include longer travel segments, balanced by immersive sightseeing and guided support throughout.
Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include cultural performances, guided excursions, city tours and local activities across all three countries. These experiences are available at extra cost and may require advance booking or minimum participant numbers.
Seasonal & Climate Notes: Vietnam and Cambodia have warm, tropical climates. Expect hot and humid conditions in many regions, with possible seasonal rainfall depending on travel dates. Northern areas may experience cooler mornings or evenings at certain times of year. Packing for heat, humidity and occasional rain is recommended.
Packing: Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for warm weather, along with layers for cooler evenings or air-conditioned transport. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) is strongly recommended. When visiting temples and religious sites, modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is required.
Solo Travellers: Solo travellers can choose to upgrade to a private room or share accommodation with a fellow traveller of the same gender at no additional cost (subject to availability).
