Other things to know before you go

Visa Requirements: Visa requirements vary by nationality for Thailand. Many travellers can enter Thailand visa-free for short stays, while others may need to apply for a visa or obtain a visa on arrival. Please check the current entry requirements for your nationality and make sure you have any required visa in place before your tour starts.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.

Included Costs: Meals include most breakfasts and some lunches/dinners as specified in the itinerary; many entrance fees and optional activities are not included unless specifically stated.

Internal Travel & Logistics: This tour covers multiple regions of Thailand, typically blending bustling cities, cultural temples, scenic countryside and coastal destinations. Travel is by air-conditioned coach and internal flights where included. Some days may involve longer travel segments to connect between major highlights — the itinerary is designed for comfort and a smooth pace.

Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include cultural performances, boat excursions, guided local tours, elephant sanctuary visits, island boat trips and local culinary workshops. These activities are available at extra cost and may require advance booking or minimum participant numbers.

Seasonal & Climate Notes: Thailand’s climate is tropical, with warm to hot temperatures year-round. There is a rainy season in many regions, and northern areas can be cooler in the early dry season. Pack for heat and humidity, and be prepared for occasional rain.

Packing: Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for warm weather, comfortable walking shoes for city and cultural tours, and swimwear for beach or pool time. Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) is essential. For temple and religious site visits, modest attire covering shoulders and knees is required.

Solo Travellers: Solo travellers can choose to upgrade to a private room for extra comfort, or share accommodation with a fellow traveller of the same gender at no additional cost (subject to availability).
