Visa Requirements: Most travellers need a Schengen visa to visit the countries included in this tour (e.g. Germany, Austria, etc.). Schengen visa requirements vary by nationality — please check current requirements and ensure any necessary visa is obtained well before your tour starts.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey across multiple European countries. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.

Included Costs: Meals include most breakfasts; many lunches, dinners, entrance fees and optional activities are not included unless specifically stated in the itinerary. Long-distance transport between countries, such as coaches, is included as outlined in the tour program.

Itinerary Highlights & Logistics: This tour traverses several European countries with varied cultures, languages and landscapes, from iconic cities to scenic countryside. Travel includes long coach journeys between regions. Expect full days of sightseeing with some early starts and occasional travel days that span borders — flexibility and a positive travel mindset are useful.

Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include museum entrance upgrades, food and wine tastings, boat trips, cultural performances and scenic excursions. These activities are available at extra cost and may require advance booking or minimum participant numbers.

Packing: Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for city touring and layers for cooler mornings and evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for historic centres and urban exploration. Include versatile outerwear for sudden weather changes, and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) in warmer months. Adaptors for European power sockets are recommended.

Solo Travellers: Solo travellers can choose to upgrade to a private room or share accommodation with a fellow traveller of the same gender at no additional cost (subject to availability).
