Important Notes
Visa Requirements: Most travellers can enter Greece visa-free or with a Schengen visa, depending on nationality. Please check the entry requirements for Greece and ensure any required visa is obtained before your tour starts.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.
Included Costs: Meals include most breakfasts; many lunches, dinners, entrance fees and optional activities are not included unless specifically stated in the itinerary. Ferry transfers between islands and port transfers are included as part of your transportation.
Island Hopping & Ferries: This tour includes ferry travel between three Greek islands (typically Mykonos, Santorini and Ios depending on the final itinerary). Ferry schedules are subject to weather and operational conditions, which can occasionally result in timetable adjustments. Your Tour Leader will manage logistics and keep the group informed.
Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include visits to ancient sites like Delos Island, volcano and caldera cruises in Santorini, wine tastings, local sunset boat trips, beach club visits, and traditional cooking classes. These activities are available at extra cost and may require advance booking or minimum participant numbers.
Seasonal & Climate Notes: This tour runs during Greece’s warmer months. Summers can be hot and sunny across the islands, while spring and autumn offer milder temperatures and cooler evenings. Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) is essential throughout the season.
Packing: Pack lightweight clothing for warm days, layers for cooler evenings, and comfortable walking shoes for towns and historic areas. Sun protection is recommended. Swimwear and a towel are essential for beaches, pool areas, and optional water activities.
Solo Travellers: Solo travellers can choose to upgrade to a private room, or share accommodation with a fellow traveller of the same gender at no additional cost (subject to availability).
