All prices are per person and based on double, twin, or triple share occupancy. Solo travellers who prefer not to pay a single supplement may be paired with another passenger of the same gender, subject to availability.
When you book for two or more passengers, the discounted rates shown below will be automatically applied. Solo travellers can enjoy up to 45% off on select tours.
Extended Nile Cruise: Spend a full week sailing along the lifeline of ancient Egypt, unpacking just once while watching centuries of history drift past your balcony.
The Magic of Wadi Rum: Trade the bustling cityscapes for a night under the desert stars in the dramatic, Martian-like expanses of Jordan's premier wilderness.
Dead Sea Float: Experience the effortless buoyancy and mineral-rich benefits of the lowest point on Earth after a journey through Crusader history at Shobak Castle.
Visa Requirements: Most travellers need to arrange visas for both destinations. An e-visa or visa on arrival is typically required for Egypt, while Jordan requires an entry visa (or a unified tourist pass like the Jordan Pass, depending on your nationality). Be certain to apply for and obtain any required visas or passes before your tour starts. If you are eligible for a Jordan Pass, we will arrange this for you before you travel to Jordan.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey across both countries. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.
Included Costs: Meals include all breakfasts and several lunches/dinners; many entrance fees, Jordan site passes and optional activities are not included.
Nile Cruise & Flights: This tour includes an extended cruise along the Nile between Luxor and Aswan, with private cabins and onboard facilities, providing a scenic and relaxing way to explore Egypt’s ancient river heart. Domestic flights between Cairo and Upper Egypt and flight between Cairo & Amman are included to help minimise long road transfers and maximise sightseeing time.
Optional Activities: Opportunities for extras include a sunrise hot-air balloon ride over Luxor, excursions to Abu Simbel, desert jeep or camel safaris in Wadi Rum and evening sound & light shows at the Pyramids or Petra. Plan ahead which experiences you want to include, as they are available at extra cost and some may require advance booking.
Packing: Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for warm days and layers for cooler desert evenings (especially for nights in Wadi Rum). Bring sturdy, comfortable walking shoes for navigating archaeological sites like Petra and swimwear for hotel pools, the cruise or floating in the Dead Sea. When visiting religious and cultural sites, choose modest clothing to cover shoulders, knees and chest; women should bring a scarf to cover their hair for mosque visits.
Solo Travellers: Solo travellers can choose to upgrade to a private room or share accommodation with a fellow traveller of the same gender at no additional cost.
