Desert Experience & Accommodation: Your itinerary includes time exploring the Sahara region, with an overnight in a comfortable desert-edge hotel or luxury camp (subject to season). While not a basic desert bivouac, this experience still captures the magic of the dunes with sunset views and optional camel rides.
Seasonal & Climate Notes: Morocco’s climate varies widely by region and season: coastal cities are often mild, mountain and desert areas can be very warm during the day and cool at night, and winter months bring cooler temperatures especially in the High Atlas. Pack for both warm days and cooler evenings.
Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include camel riding, cultural performances, local artisan workshops, and special dining experiences. These activities are available at extra cost and may require advance booking or local arrangement during your tour.
Packing: Pack lightweight, breathable clothing for warm days, layers for cooler evenings, and comfortable walking shoes. Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) is recommended. Swimwear is useful for hotel pool or coastal stops. For cultural and religious site visits, choose modest clothing to cover shoulders, knees, and chest.
