Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is required for this tour and must cover your entire journey. Your Tour Leader will ask for your insurance details on Day 1.

Halloween & Special Event Highlights: This tour is built around the special Halloween celebration in Transylvania, including VIP access to the Halloween costume party at Bran Castle, a themed “Vampire Gourmet Dinner,” and night-time events incorporating local legends and spooky history.
Itinerary Logistics: You’ll travel by comfortable, air-conditioned coach between cities, with guided sightseeing of historic landmarks, medieval towns, castles and unique points of interest. Transfers to and from the Halloween party venue are included.
Optional Activities: Optional experiences may include additional city tours, group dinners, cultural events, visits inside certain historic sites, or local experiences in Transylvanian towns. These activities are available at extra cost and may require advance booking during the tour.
Packing: October weather in Romania can vary from mild days to cool evenings, especially in Transylvania and higher elevations, so bring layers, a warm jacket and comfortable walking shoes. Costumes and fun Halloween attire are encouraged for the party event. Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) is useful for daytime touring.
