ANZAC Day Commemoration & Gallipoli Experience: A central highlight of this tour is attending the ANZAC Day Dawn Service at Gallipoli, a deeply moving and respectful experience. The itinerary includes dedicated time on the Gallipoli Peninsula, allowing for meaningful exploration of key battlefields and memorial sites. Early starts and overnight arrangements near the commemorative area are part of ensuring smooth access to the service.
Seasonal & Climate Notes: This tour operates in April, when daytime temperatures are generally mild, but mornings and evenings can be cool. Weather conditions may vary, so packing layers is recommended.
Packing: Pack lightweight clothing for daytime sightseeing, warm layers for early mornings and evenings, and sturdy walking shoes suitable for uneven ground at historic and memorial sites. Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) is recommended. When visiting mosques, modest attire covering shoulders and knees is required.
